Automotive marketplace & digital platform

DRAIV: digital experience and UX/UI for an automotive marketplace
An automotive ecosystem, connected.
Together with Cruz Negra we worked on the digital experience of DRAIV, a platform that connects different players of the Argentine automotive market.
One experience for five user types.
The context. DRAIV is a platform created to connect different players of the Argentine automotive market within a single ecosystem.
The challenge. To create a coherent experience for multiple user types, each with different needs, actions and dashboards.
Design decisions. We designed journeys, tools and dashboards able to respond to very different needs without losing consistency within the product. To list a car, a guided seven-step flow that saves progress automatically.
My role. UX/UI design and digital experience, in collaboration with Cruz Negra.

01Challenge & solution
A classifieds site wasn’t enough.
Problem
The Argentine car market moves between generic classifieds and WhatsApp groups. Listing a car meant endless forms; buying meant filtering through unverified listings. And everything that happens after the sale —transfer, insurance, paperwork— stayed outside the platform.
Solution
A single platform with a shared shell and five specialised dashboards. Listing was split into 7 short steps with partial saving; the vehicle page brings together verification, financing and contact; insurance and paperwork became native flows, not external links.
One platform. Five different journeys.

04Role architecture
One product, five ways to use it.
Every role shares the same shell —header, profile bar, tabs— but opens a different dashboard. One learning curve, not five separate products.
Private seller
Lists their car in 7 steps, answers enquiries and follows the status of each paperwork.

Dealership
Manages stock, team and plan, with metrics per listing.

Agent
Receives transfer requests by area, with their own quota and public profile.

Insurance broker
Quotes insurance and sends comparable proposals within the buyer’s flow.

Admin
Verifies professional accounts, moderates reports and controls quotas by province.

The project
DRAIV · Automotive marketplace
Automotive marketplace that connects buyers with verified cars. I designed the whole platform, not just a landing page: catalog, listings, dashboards, messages and metrics.
